Degrees vs. Talent: What Matters More in Creative Fields?
In today’s creative industries, talent and practical skills often hold more value than formal degrees. While having a degree can provide structure, knowledge, and starting opportunities, it’s your work and creativity that make a difference.
Most employers and clients in creative fields want to see what you can do with your designs, writing samples, videos, or campaigns rather than just a qualification on paper. Your portfolio, experience, and unique ideas speak clearly about your ability.
So, if you have the passion and are willing to put in the effort, you don’t need to wait for a degree to begin. Start small, learn online, take up freelance projects, and let your talent do the talking.
